- Project consisted of 3 hangars, one bay, two bays, and three bays, used to house the KC-46A planes. LPR’s inhouse pre-construction engineers established a plan and calculated the critical lifts to erect each building by assembling truss assemblies on the ground and hoisting sections weighing in excess of 300,000 lbs utilizing 2 – 300 ton cranes to achieve a tandem lift.
